“This month marks a year I have been working one on one with Christina in some capacity.
I started my journey with her via tea ceremonies and was introduced to the deep and intelligent medicine and one of Earth’s most ancient mystics… tea.
It is with deep honor and gratitude that over many months of sitting in ceremony with Christina that I was able to unfurl what was within for me to feel, to let go of, and to learn and to grow from. It was the exact medicine I needed to start the opening of my heart.
From the very start of this beautiful coming together with Christina, I was met every time right where I was! I was held with such love, tenderness, compassion, validation, reflection and hope.

I entered a six-month creative container with Christina to support the blossoming of my business to share my medicine and serve others.
It is with my deepest gratitude for my dear mentor and sister for her continued reflection of love, compassion, seeing me when I couldn’t see myself, reminding me of who I am and the fire I hold within my soul to shine my light for myself and for all.
During this container I was able to continue to release and shed my old skin, that which was outdated. I reclaimed parts of me. I re-wrote my story, realizing many of them were just temporary stories that had served a purpose at one point, but were only keeping me stuck.
Christina guided me through finding more of me by way of learning to trust my body’s innate intelligence to move the energy, using somatic practices, tea ceremonies, reflection, deep listening, mirroring, holding me in my raw feeling and emotions, guidance of reclaiming parts that were shamed and scared.
Christina also curated a beautiful website that reflects my true essence, devotion to my journey and my purpose to share my medicine in this life with others.
