Breathwork for Embodied Alchemy and Energy Breakthroughs
Breath Medicine Sessions are an invitation to experience the innate alchemical intelligence of your body as a portal to profound healing, energy transformation and soul liberation.
Each session is a sacred ceremonial space to clear old patterns, inorganic energies, blocks and pain at the root, release stuck & stagnant energy, process deeply held emotions and create space in the energy field to reclaim and receive more of your soul essence and authentic power.
These sessions offer space for energy breakthroughs, remembrance, rebirth and homecoming to the medicine that you are.
During a session I serve as a pillar of support and a grounded guide you as you journey with the breath to alchemize what is ready to be transformed, reclaim your power, and remember your essence.
I hold a big, deep, full-spectrum sacred space for your soul liberation, reclamation and activation, through the body.
The breath is a catalyst to get your energy moving, and opens the doorway to our innate capabilities to heal and harmonize from within.
Once the energy is moving, I will invite you deeper into the body by making sounds, activating your own inner healer to come online and take the lead.
I hold safe, supportive and empathic space for you to open as the natural intelligence of your body begins clearing stuck, stagnant, looping and/or inorganic energies at the root. During your journey, I may use my drum, my voice, and my intuitive guidance to support the process.
You may experience a wide range of sensations, energies, emotions, memories, insights, and multi-dimensional phenomena as your body releases stored pain, trauma, stress, and tension, your heart opens to your essence, and more of your soul’s power and gifts fill the space you create within.
These powerful sessions are a unique synergy and expression of my training as a Breathwork healer (certified by David Elliott), as well as the mutli-dimensional shamanic sight and alchemical energy work abilities received and refined through my initiations, my relationship with the Christ light and the direct connection to Mother-Father God and my seven years of healing arts experience working directly with clients.
These sessions are deeply shamanic, somatic, devotional and rooted in the remembrance of the innate alchemical technology of the body to transmute energy, clear blocks, heal wounds and open a portal to directly experience the soul.
The body is intelligently designed for powerful experiences of healing, transformation and soul alchemy. Together, we open the doorway to this innate potential.
Every session is unique and supported by our intuition, your Higher Self, the Earth and Elements, Mother-Father God and the multi-dimensional intelligence of your soul.
We will begin each session by checking in on what is present for you, and if there is any intention, concern or desire you are bringing into the space to work with. After the journey, we will come back together for you to share, process and integrate your experience.

These sessions are offered online via Zoom or in-person in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Sessions are 90-minutes long.
