The Way of the Heart
Sometimes I forget but always rebirth into the remembrance that l o v e is my deepest motivation and my muse, the maha medicine and the mysterious force moving through all the alchemy, and the currents of creation, inspiration, devotion, the sincere yearning to birth beauty and serve the sacred emerge through the ways of the wise womb and awakened heart.
This heart- strong and sensitive- she has felt through so much, cracked open by Divinity and closed down in hurt and confusion, murky and messy at times as I’ve swam through the dark ocean of my deepest wounds, and it’s a practice of patience to hold her as each layer of pain and protection gently arises and dissolves,
Unveiling the soft underbelly of the most tender, raw, vulnerable, exquisitely innocent essence of my being, petal after petal unfurling like a dew-covered rose in slow motion, revealing at the very center is the nectar of love that never leaves.
The heart has her own mysterious intelligence and timing, she tells me.
She doesn’t enjoy being rushed - she responds beautifully to curiosity and gentle presence in tending this sacred garden,
Her soils now nutrient-dense with the compost of old stories, the lush fertility of experiences fully lived and the way both grief and gratitude cultivate a humility, richness and depth of the inner world.
As I hold space for her to be how she is, she remembers how safe it is to feel, to soften, to subtly unfold.
There’s no rush, no attachment to any particular experience, there’s only the intimacy of meeting the moment,
Becoming a sanctuary for the natural pace of blooming from the depths into the sunlight,
Revering her resilience and power to alchemize emotion into artistry, to make medicine from the mess, to bridge separation back into union, to transform life’s lessons into the cultivation of compassion.
Sometimes I close and contract but then grace moves and I open and remember,
Love has always been the journey and the destination, the “why” and the way forward,
The primordial pulse guiding my path, opening the true temple doors and carrying me home into the living current of communion with Creation.
