A Tea Ceremony is a place to feel, to be, to nurture and to receive.
Sitting in ceremony can be a powerful, healing, meaningful and nourishing experience at any point along one’s journey.
The rare ceremonial teas we sit with are the medicine of wise ancient trees.
The plant Camelia sinensis, which has been worked with by humans for thousands of years, is a gentle yet strong ally for purifying our energy, opening the heart and remembering the medicine that we are.
The medicine of Tea is an embodiment of Nature’s harmonious way, and works deeply in the subtle energy system to clear stagnation, move qi and invite us home to a more authentic, alive and awakened experience of life.

Session Details
Ceremonies are hosted in-person in St. Petersburg, FL.
Each session is 90-minutes long and includes time to share and reflect before and after ceremony.
